Yes. We provide EU Responsible Person services for non-EU companies — a mandatory requirement to sell products in the European Union. We also handle CE marking, UKCA marking, GPSR compliance, technical file preparation, Declaration of Conformity, and labelling requirements.
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Spark Package to validate their idea before committing to full development. You can add phases incrementally, and we'll apply any fees already paid towards the next package.

GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) is the EU's overarching product safety framework that came into force in December 2024. It applies to most consumer products sold in the EU. Key requirements include appointing an EU Responsible Person, maintaining a product safety contact, and having a digital product passport for certain product categories. We recommend all companies selling consumer products in the EU review their GPSR compliance.
